Hi and welcome. First off, lets address the elephant in the room.
You may be asking yourself something like...
Ahem. Why am I seeing Health and Nutritional Supplements on a 3D Printing Technology site?
Well, Hi! I'm Brian and welcome to my world. I am not only a 3D Printing and Tech sort of guy. I am also an arborist by trade. More specifically I am a professional climber that specializes in tree and stump removal and this is a very labor intensive sort of job! This job requires me to be an athlete and in order to do this I need to be on top of my health game. The healthier I am the easier it is for me to perform in this type of business! I like things running smooth as can be when I'm out in the field climbing around in trees and chopping things down with chain saws and I'm happy to pay the extra money for top quality gear to achieve this. Watch this short palm removal video to see me in action. I'm currently one of the first YouTube search results for Palm Removal Phoenix...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dSnIvPdeVmM
I have learned quite a lot of stuff about health, nutrition & life extension over the years and would like to share my knowledge with the world. I could have put this on my TreeRigs.com website (this site has moved) but I am deciding to make my main knowledge base here on 3DQuicky.com. So, here it is. I've put lots of study and careful consideration to what's said here as well as the sources I've chosen to include. If you continue to learn and apply what's on this page you will undoubtedly feel better, have more energy and have more tasty nutribullet ideas to choose from along your journey to radiant health! Enjoy : )
Disclaimer:
I am not a medical professional. I am a researcher that wants to share his findings with the world. If you experience any adverse effects from any of the products shown here on this page I will not be held responsible. You need to take responsibility for your own actions and if you want to have more reassurance when using these products you should probably consult with your doctor before doing so. Maybe even talk to a few doctors. Nutritionists would also be smart to talk to as well. This way you're seeing what things look like on both sides of the fence.
Xylitol Gum » Pur
Xylitol gum prevents tooth decay?
I found a great video of Rhonda Patrick on Joe Rogan Experience talking about how her tooth decay was basically gone just by chewing Xylitol gum. I ordered some Xylitol gum and tooth paste on Amazon and have been using it ever since.
Xylitol Toothpaste » Himalaya
Xylitol tooth paste prevents tooth decay?
I found a great video of Rhonda Patrick on Joe Rogan Experience talking about how her tooth decay was basically gone just by chewing Xylitol gum. I ordered some Xylitol gum and tooth paste on Amazon and have been using it ever since. Actually I've already been using Himilaya tooth paste for over a decade. It's been the best I've found. No fluoride. Then they make it even better!
Drinking coffee is one of the very first things I do when I wake up.
Buying Organic coffee means you're dodging the pesticide problem.
Buying Dark Roast coffee means you're getting less acidic coffee which dodges the GERD/heartburn problem.
Be sure to filter it in order to dodge the diterpene problem (check the videos below for more info on all of this).
After these 3 problems are out of the way, it looks like drinking coffee is all benefits with zero side effects!
- Boosts Autophagy
- Increased Rate of Fat Burning
- Increased Energy and Alertness
- Reduced Risk of Type 2 Diabetes
- Potential Protection Against Parkinson's Disease
- Improved Liver Health
- Antioxidant Properties
- Heart Health
- Reduced Risk of Depression and Suicide
You can listen to Mindy Pelz if you want to hear the benefits from an actual Doctor...

Thomas DeLauer has lots of great things to say about it as well...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aEuHu5zjQPk
Dr. Rhonda Patrick talks about the diterpene problem here...
I take 1 of these D3 + K2 Softgels right when I wake up.
It doesn't cause mTOR so I don't have to worry about it breaking my fast.
I started taking it in 2024 after hearing Dr. Mindy Pelz talk about it on YouTube...
Multi Vitamin » One A Day » Mens
I take 1 pill per day.
Get all your basic vitamins in daily. A, B 6 & 12, C, D, E, K
When choosing a multi vitamin, I made sure and found one that has Magnesium and Zinc. Thomas says Magnesium & Zinc is really important to have.
One A Day Amounts:
99 mg 110% RDA Vitamin C
25 mcg 125% RDA Vitamin D
120 mg 29% RDA Magnesium
11 mg 100% RDA Zinc
Here's Thomas's Magnesium & Zinc video...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NShQHKBNiVg
Thomas Recommends:
5000 mg or more per day Vitamin C
400 ~> 800 mg per day Magnesium
If you want even more Magnesium, Thomas favorite is Magnesium L-Threonate because this is the only form that can get into the brain and improve cognitive function. He also recommends MagSRT. It's special. Watch their video.
There's also studies that show Zinc helps prevent & treat covid...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xOQ3A23elyo
This web page is not really focused on covid and isn't really intended to talk about covid. However I feel it's appropriate to mention this here while talking about Zinc. So, this is the only place covid is mentioned on this page. Now, lets continue : )...
Monk Fruit & Stevia Combo » GSweetz
This is by far the best deal I've found on healthy sweetener with zero side effects! Also, the Monk Fruit has less aftertaste than Stevia. And honestly even if there is any aftertaste, it's not a problem after brushing teeth or popping a piece of Pur Winter fresh flavored gum.
This actually comes with it's own pretty large Eye Dropper bottle.
Liquid Stevia » Now
I put it in my orange juice and tea as needed.
Actually first I bought a different brand so I could get the eye dropper kind of bottle. Then I refil the eye dropper bottle with this Now 8oz bottle. The 8oz bottles are so much cheaper than the eye dropper bottles.
I've heard lots of people complain about the bad after taste stevia has. Well I used to notice that too but after I started buying the liquid stevia I found the after taste problem went away. I don't even notice an after taste anymore. Another thing that can be done is to just use Monk Fruit instead because Monk Fruit has much less after taste than Stevia and it's a different kind of taste as well. Some people like it. Some don't. Do you like it?
Stevia is said to be the only known sweetener with zero known side effects. Though I have talked to a very small amount of people that had some kind of weird mild reaction. Even people with diabetics are supposed to be able to have stevia with no problems. I have been taking stevia regularly for over a decade and love everything about my experience : )
Whey Protein Powder » NOW Foods
This protein powder is really good! Good enough to meet my precious criteria :)) Why whey protein opposed to the other kinds? Well, when you buy plant based protein powder you're going to be getting an incomplete amino acid profile. And the casein protein powder is really bad as well. Casein is used to make some kinds of glue. Do you want to be eating glue? I certainly don't!
So, we're left with the whey protein powder so that we can get a complete amino acid profile. This is really important because if we're getting an incomplete amino acid profile then we can't use lots of the aminos that we do get because aminos work in harmony with each other. If you have too much of some aminos and not enough of others then some of the aminos just don't get used.
https://www.google.com/search?q=incomplete+amino+acid+profile
https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=incomplete+amino+acid+profile
So here's the problem with most whey protein powder on the market is that the manufacturers add sucralose to it... which is Really Bad! Here's the YouTube search...
https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=sucralose
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ELy1TryqSQM
I like this NOW Foods whey because...
It does not contain any risky sucralose
It uses healthy stevia and xylitol as a sweetener
It's whey so it gives us a complete amino acid profile
It tastes great
It mixes well
It's lower priced
It's on Amazon
This is my go to protein powder!
Creatine » NAKED
I take 10g per day (2 servings).
Creatine is a pretty popular supplement.
But why? What should you think when you think Creatine?
Benefits:
- Powerful Antioxidant
- Enhances Muscular Performance (5g per day)
- Enhances Cognitive Performance (10 -> 20g per day)
- Faster Muscle Recovery
- Reduces Mental Fatigue by 5 to 15%
- Ameliorates Cortical Brain Damage by 36 to 50%

Collagen Peptides » Garden of Life or Sun Warrior
I take 10g per day
Garden of Life (1/2 a scoop).
Benefits:
1) Helps Build Muscle
2) Promotes Muscle Recovery
3) Relieves Joint Pain
4) Improves Hair, Skin & Nails
5) Makes Sleep Easier
6) Healthier Liver
7) Helps Hormonal Balancing. Especially in Females
Thomas says it also helps improve brain function...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KU_2XGZdrS4
Note: Collagen Type 6 is not found in SunWarrior, Perfect Keto or Garden of Life brands. Haven't found it in any brands so far. All of those are Hydrolized though which is required for our bodies to absorb it and make it bio available. But if when we consume collagen it causes our bodies to produce more collagen... is collagen type 6 one of the types that gets made?
Garden of Life Collagen on Amazon is:
$31 / 28 Servings = $1.10 per 20g Peptides & 18g Protein
SunWarrior Collagen on Amazon is:
$65 / 40 Servings = $1.62 per ??? Peptides & 14g Protein
SunWarrior Collagen on SunWarrior.com is:
$65 / 40 Servings = $1.62 per ??? Peptides & 14g Protein
After Thomas's 20% discount is applied it's:
$52 / 40 Servings = $1.30 per ??? Peptides & 14g Protein
Note: SunWarrior doesn't say how many grams of Peptides they're putting in their product. So It's kind of hard to compare exactly. Still I think it's safe to say the SunWarrior cost is much more than Garden of Life.
Olive Oil » Oleic Acid » Various Brands
I take 1 TBSP per day in coffee or matcha when I wake up.
I might have another tablespoon later on.
Does olive oil activate mTOR? No
Does olive oil break a fast? Yes
But Dr. Mindy Pelz says it's still OK to take during a fast.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5XmUFIeaQNs&t=604s
She says that sending the body a fat bomb will help turn off the hunger hormone.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hBP3-ime25Q&t=198s
So of course it's easier to fast for longer if you're not hungry.
Note: It has to be Extra Virgin Olive Oil!
Benefits:
- Activates Anti-Aging Sirtuins
- Rich in healthy monounsaturated fats, supporting heart health
- Contains powerful antioxidants that combat inflammation
- May improve blood sugar control and reduce diabetes risk
- Supports brain health and may lower the risk of Alzheimer's
- Promotes healthy skin and hair due to vitamin E and antioxidants
- Aids in digestion and can help relieve constipation
- May reduce the risk of stroke with regular consumption
- Supports weight management when used in a balanced diet
- Enhances flavor in cooking, encouraging healthier meal choices
- May have anti-cancer properties due to its polyphenol content

So, I took the data from the video above and the test results web page and made my own table below to make it much easier to make a purchasing decision. And here's the Best Bang 4 Buck Brands that stood out the most ( Lowest Phthalates first ) ( prices grabbed May 26th )...
https://storage.googleapis.com/msgsndr/1xxad1OXh4QBeAfc6xAf/media/686eae58933498b76bb670a3.jpeg
Note: Atlas and Snake Oil are NOT on the test results web page. I've gone the extra miles for you here and found some better options and linked you to their product pages :)) Also, I used Grok to help me with this because I wanted special pricing but didn't want to calculate any Price Per FL OZ or Price Per TBSP and I also wanted a HTML table but didn't want to write any code. Here's my conversation...
https://grok.com/share/bGVnYWN5_f2508d0e-586f-4ed7-94b8-91b652d8eab4
More Benefits:
Thomas has great intel as usual!
MCT Oil » Intentionally Bare & Horbaach
I take 1 TBSP with 1st meal.
And 1 TBSP with 2nd meal.
Benefits:
1) More Energy
2) No Fat Stored During Energy Creation
3) Burns Fat
Caprylic acid is C8 and Capric acid is C10.
Thomas says we have to have it in C8 form. Caprylic form.
Horbaach MCT Oil is in both C8 & C10 form.
Note: It's 40% C10 & C10 is NOT doing anything for you.
But Intentionally Bare is Pure C8 and costs a little more money.
Lets listen to Thomas DeLauer tell us more...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qr4YO6xUEFk
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z75uJP5pqB0
Note: The Perfect Keto MCT Oil that Thomas recommends in the following video is more expensive than the one's I've found above. I'll get you a better deal if you click on one of the MCT Oil Images I've posted above : )
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rxpG5Zgb2FY
Also I wouldn't recommend drizzling it on your food because (as we all know) a significant amount of it can remain in the bowl (then go down the drain) after your done eating instead of making it's way into your mouth. MCT is very concentrated and it's cost does affect the bank account. So I like to make sure all of it makes it into my system by putting it into my tea. I also like to put some liquid stevia into my tea to make it taste better : )
Acetyl L-Carnitine » Healthy Way
I take 2000g per day (2 caps).
Have you heard of L-Carnitine?
Here's a few benefits of taking it:
1) Burns fat
2) More energy during and after a workout
3) Boosts your metabolism to help you lose weight
4) Aids the body's immune system
But have you heard of Acetyl L-Carnitine?
If so, have you heard the difference between the 2 different forms?
Lets listen to Thomas DeLauer break it down for us...
In short he basically says it helps us to improve cognative funcion improving things like memory. Thomas says it "reduces cognative decline as associated with Alzheimer's, associated with dementia, associated simply with regular aging. But even more recently, the cognative decline that's associate with Lime disease. And those of you that know about auto-immune diseases and inflammation are gonna find that very interesting... that Acetyl L-Carnitine is going to help reduce that brain fog". He says this is possible by Acetyl L-Carnitine allowing the brain to run on fats instead of just running on glucose.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mEwi-GntGr8
Now, Thomas is a pretty scientific sort of guy and he also obviously applies his scientific knowledge to his body which is quite visually obvious. But now let's hear an actual doctor talk about the science on Acetyl L-Carnitine. Lets see what Dr Brad Stanfield has to say...
Boron Complex » Horbaach
I take 12 mg per day (2 caps).
Why? 2 main reasons in my case.
1) Helps Burn Belly Fat
2) Increases Available Testosterone
Lets listen to what Thomas Delauer has to say to learn more...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t124f8rO8XQ
Thomas says to take 6 to 15 mg per day.
BCAA's » Best Naturals
Branch Chain Amino Acids? These are pretty well known in the gym scene. I don't take BCAA's in pill form anymore. There's literally no need to because I already get plenty of BCAA's when I have my whey protein smoothie after each meal. Typically I don't need or want an extra performance boost on top of what supplements I'm already taking because I already have plenty of energy.
Thomas DeLauer breaks down MTOR pretty nice here in his Tripple Stack video.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eHOaL-q5uoY&t=92s
...HOWEVER...
David Sinclair actually says these aminos that activate your MTOR pathways have a down side as far as longevity of life is concerned!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=75doh5hJVRI&t=808s
So, you might wanna keep this in mind when considering if you're gonna take these BCAA's.
Now, if you are gonna take these for a performance boost or muscle building or both, Thomas DeLauer says it's very beneficial to Stack these 3 amino's on top of each other. Creatine, Cartinitine and Leucine. If we read the BCAA label here it says specifically that 1600 mg of Leucine is one of these amino acids in these BCAA's. He also says you should be taking somewhere between 2000 and 3000 mg of Leucine.
Trans-Resveratrol » MegaResveratrol
Hmm, To Res Or NOT To Res?
I stopped taking Resveratrol and take Olive Oil instead.
Benefits:
1) Reversed ~40% Increase In Arterial Stiffness
Associated with a High-Fat-Sucrose (HFS) diet in Mice
2) Decreases Neuro-Degenerative Disease
3) Decreases Cancer
4) Decreases Cardio-Vascular Disease
5) Increases Autophagy in Cells
Problems:
1) If you give it as a dry powder to an animal or a human it's less likely to get absorbed. Include it with a bit of fat and it'll go up 5 to 10 fold in the blood stream.
2) It's light sensitive. Studies have shown that upon a few hours of solar or UV radiation, trans-resveratrol undergoes isomerization into the less active cis-resveratrol form. This is where it turns brown. If you use brown resveratrol it won't work. So you gotta keep it in the dark in the cold and it'll be fine.

Using cutting edge computer technology we are able to
The 3D printing process builds a three-dimensional object from a computer-aided design (CAD) model, usually by successively adding material layer by layer, which is why it is also called additive manufacturing. The term "3D printing" covers a variety of processes in which material is joined or solidified under computer control to create a three-dimensional object, with material being added together (such as liquid molecules or powder grains being fused together), typically layer by layer. In the 1990s, 3D-printing techniques were considered suitable only for the production of functional or aesthetic prototypes and a more appropriate term for it was rapid prototyping. As of 2019, the precision, repeatability, and material range have increased to the point that some 3D-printing processes are considered viable as an industrial-production technology, whereby the term additive manufacturing can be used synonymously with "3D printing". One of the key advantages of 3D printing is the ability to produce very complex shapes or geometries, including hollow parts or parts with internal truss structures (aka infil) to reduce weight, and a prerequisite for producing any 3D printed part is a digital 3D model or a CAD file. The file types we currently work with are typically psd, f3d, f3z, stl, gcode and ctb.
The most-commonly used 3D-printing process (46% as of 2018) is a material extrusion technique called fused deposition modeling (FDM). While FDM technology was invented after the other two most popular technologies, stereolithography (SLA) and selective laser sintering (SLS), FDM is typically the most inexpensive of the three by a large margin, which lends to the popularity of the process. SLA Resin has a much higher level of Dimensional Accuracy (0.01mm) in comparison to FDM (0.2mm) and SLS (0.3mm). SLA Resin printing makes it possible to print parts with little to no noticeable layer lines. If there are layer lines visible, the resin is easily sand-able to a smooth finish whereas FDM filaments such as PLA, TPU and Nylon are NOT sand-able to a smooth finish. This makes it possible for a resin printer to produce highly intricate parts that are able to go straight to market. This means it's possible to completely skip the whole expensive injection molding process! Sometimes this is even possible with FPM as well.
SLA Resins are a wide variety but most of them are very difficult to work with because they're only able to be cleaned off of surfaces with IPA (Isopropl Alcohol). Some resins are so annoying IPA does not even clean them off. However back in 2019 a new kind of Water Washable resin hit the market that solved this problem. Now it's quick and easy to clean up resin using only water. Preferably you'd use a cloth or paper towel though as well. Another problem that made it difficult to work with SLA Resins was the stinky odor it would give off. Now the odor in most resins is so low it's barely noticeable. In my experience I only barely notice it when I open up the lid of the printer after it's printed and often times I don't even notice it then at all. We currently only work with Water Washable resin. We only buy black, grey, white and clear colors which might sound very limiting, however white and clear resin dye's very easily which allows us to make pretty much any color we want. Dying white makes a variety of solid colors whereas dying clear makes a variety of translucent colors. These 2 colors have the ability for light waves to pass through them. The Translucent colors look especially beautiful when light is passed through them.
